Description
Dunmore teapot in the form of a tortoise with a thistle knob on the lid. The elongated tail curls up to form the handle and the mouth acts as the spout. Pale green and brown glaze. Pink interior glaze.
No stamp, but a double circle on the base.
Broken across the neck and glued, but otherwise fine.
