Description
Tin helmet badge for the Stirlingshire County Constabulary. In the centre is a shield carrying a saltire with lion rampant at the cross, a mullet to left and right, and a caltrop to top and bottom. Surrounding this is a garter, held by a laurel wreath and surmounted by a crown. Two copper alloy loops on the back for attachment.
The coat-of-arms are of the County Council. Circa 1890.
