Extract Decreet of by J W Dickson, Sheriff Substitute of Falkirk, in the case of Elizabeth Anderson, Eastburn Bridge, Falkirk against Robert Walker, Coachman, Red Lion Inn, Falkirk, in which it is ordained that Robert Walker should pay aliment for the illegitimate child of Elizabeth Anderson until the child is twelve years old; also Petition and Complaint by Thomas Girdwood, Inspector of Poor, Falkirk against Robert Walker for non payment of aliment of the child who has since become chargeable to Falkirk Parochial Board
