The trucks were six feet long (1.8m) probably constructed under licence in France. The two 30 hp motors were supplied by Bruce Peebles of Edinburgh but probably built in Budapest, Hungary. The original trams were built at St Denis, Paris, by the Compagnie General de Construction and shipped to Grangemouth.
