 Description
Petition by Thomas Hardie (2) to the Sheriff of Stirlingshire claiming that his vessel, Peggy McLaren, loaded with 30-32 tons of Guano and bound for the Stirling shore or harbour struck the anchor of the Commerce of Lynn, which sank the Peggy McLaren leading to the loss and damage of the cargo of Guano.
