John Cook
Biography
John Cook, a merchant, was born in 1748. He was a shopkeeper in 1788 and purchased property in Falkirk High Street in 1792. He died in 1835 at the age of 87. He married Mary Gaff and they had two daughters, Mary (who married John Bennie) and Elizabeth.
