Biography
Established 1852, as an ecumenical evangelical Town Missionary Society. Sabbath Evening Meetings held in Robert's Wynd, then Charity School, Pleasance. By 1853, Evening Schools set up in Bainsford, Laurieston & Grahamston. Also used Christian Institute, Newmarket St, Falkirk. The new Town Mission Hall (now Struthers Evangelical Church) was erected c 1900
