Sheila MacFarlane
Biography
Painter, printmaker and teacher, born in Aberdeen in 1943, married to the designer Michael Green. She studied at ECA 1960-4, then with SW Hayter at Atelier 17, Paris, 1967-8. Went on to teach printmaking at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, 1970-6. MacFarlane created the Printmakers Workshop at Kirkton of Craig, Montrose, Angus, where she lived for some years. Showed at RA, RSA, SSA, SAC Gallery & elsewhere.
