Sites and Monument Record: Mumrills Roman Enclosure (SMR 817)
Description
Initially identified from aerial photographs on the top edge of the escarpment overlooking the Westquarter Burn. It is a small enclosure with curved corners and an entrance in the short W side. The E side is missing due to erosion. Partially excavated by Anne Robertson in 1960.
