Includes Instrument of Sasine in favour of John Cook; Disposition of houses in Falkirk by John Cook, Colin McNab & Alex Callander (Trustees of the late William Black) to John Campbell; Disposition by John Campbell to James Aitken; Disposition by James Aitken to James Russel (writer) as Trustee on the whole sequestrated real and personal estates of the Falkirk Union Bank and the individual partners; and copy inventory of writs relating to subjects outside the East Port of Falkirk, belonging to James Russel as Trustee for the Falkirk Union Bank. 1817.
