Includes registered Feu Contract, 21 Jan 1762 between the Carron Partners and Robert Chalmers, Portioner, Larbert with Relative Instrument of Sasine (D) recorded in General Register of Sasines 26 Oct 1762; Feu Disposition 8 Dec 1761 registered 17 Aug 1762 by Alexander Brown of Broomage in favour of the Carron Partners with Relative Instrument of Sasine (E) recorded 26 Oct 1762; Instrument of Sasine (G) related to a missing feu disposition by James Heugh, portioner of Broomage 8 Dec 1761;
Feu Right and Disposition by Archibald Lamond and Spouse 8 Dec 1761 registered 10 Aug 1762 with Relative Instrument of Sasine (H) 22 Sep 1762 recorded 20 Oct 1762; Instrument of Sasine (K) relating to a missing feu disposition by Alexander Brown jnr recorded 9 Aug 1763; and Disposition by William Lamond in favour of Carron Partners recorded 23 Aug 1766 with provision for Carron to make new Tan pits for Lamond if the bank on the strip fills in the old Tan Pits.
